Registration
Registration fees include conference registration, breakfast, lunch and breaks. Fees also include round-trip bus transportation between the Conference Hotel and the CDC Conference Center / MARTA station on both days.

Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) Continuing Education Units, Professional Learning Unites (PLUs) and Staff Development Units (SDUs) are available. Please click here for more information.

Cancellation/refund policy – 50% on before May 14 and $25 on May 14 or after. *Must be registered at an accredited institution of higher education to be eligible for the Student Rate.

Deadline
All registrations must be received NO LATER THAN June 14, 2007 5:00 pm CST in order to be processed by CDC security. There will be NO onsite registration . THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Housing Information
A room block for the conference is being held at the Holiday Inn Decatur. The rate is $99 single/double. Please request Engage. Challenge. Inspire. 2007 group rate. The room block cut-off date is June 9, 2007. Call 800-972-2404 to book your reservations.
